Qualifying Statement…

It’s true, I need to monitor what I say, and keep my anonymity. I still don't think there is anything wrong with posting my opinions online. I still encourage others to join me. In fact I encourage any of you with the same ‘passion’ to create another blog, and I’ll probably link to it.

I haven’t lied. Things I previously posted were factual, perhaps emotionally skewed, granted, but I wasn’t fabricating. I removed anything that seemed ‘unbecoming’ for the company. But the truth is what it is. For those of us that ‘lived it’, you know whether or not there is any truth behind what was written by those who posted. I suppose that’s why there has been some attention to the blog. If there was no truth to any of the previous posts…why did it cause such a stir?

I do have friends at the company. I am concerned about the attention my screenname is getting. I would like to see change for the employees. I want to see success for the company and its employees. Maybe we’re past the *shock*. I hope so. I don’t really think it’s all that shocking. Anything I typed here, I said at one time or another while an employee.

Lastly, if Leadership is still reading…remember there is no such thing as bad publicity. The thought that someone’s blog entry would deter a potential hire is *i think* the only downside to the opinions posted here. For each of these blog entries there are equal amounts of *great* press about ePrize.

Take time to visit the other blog listed in the sidebar. I will maintain this for as long as I'm 'allowed' to. But you may note a decline in my banter for awhile.

You were my hero... now you're just a fucking pussy. Did Rob offer to suck your cock? Probably. You just took it up the ass for ePrize yet again. Good job.

The wind has ceased in the sails of this blog.
So sorry to see that, though it has made me start my own.

ex, if you think diz bowed down too early and didn't stick it out. Start your own blog up, and see what ePrize 'offers' when you start laying it on the line.

wifeofone...thanks your blog is in the sidebar here!

exprizer...my opinions have not changed. I think the working conditions at ePrize are sourly lacking for someone who is looking to have life experiences outside of the office.

However, I got caught in a trap as comments on the blog headed south. My comments were being monitored in a effort to bring me/this down.

Sorry to disappoint you.

Hey - where's YOUR blog?

Ok, ok, I apologize, I suppose I was a little harsh and out of line. But I've seen people take it up the ass for ePrize time and time again. There is nothing but fear and job insecurity roaming throughout the company, it's not right.

I'm so f'n tired of those bastards using fear to get their way. People give their lives to that company and what to they get in return? They show up on a Monday or Friday and are asked to pack their shit and get the f out. The "leadership" team is a pack of pussy-ass bitches who don't give a shit about anyone except themselves and their profits.

Anyway, I'll try to have more constructive criticism from now on. My apologies diz, I didn't mean to personally attack you.

I'm just curious as to what was said to you to make you take the blog down. Did Rob actually roll his fat ass out of his chair and pull some legal shit on you? Did Aleysha (however you spell that ugly bitche's name) yell "We're number one!" until your ears started to bleed? Did Dwoskin tell you so many retarded "jokes" that you finally decided to give up? Or did the sex deprived Jackie threaten you with offers of a piece of her pie? I'm sure whatever it was, it wasn't pleasant.

exprizer...LMAO...'no worries' as they say in the office, I'm glad for even a moment I was not alone in my thoughts/feelings and others appreciated it.

I was whimpering in a corner shortly after removing the comment trails/original posts.

Time will tell what is to come....

WOW! All I have to say is that we can't all be wrong. So many exprizers and even many current ePrizers know that ePrize as room for improvement. ePrize lacks basic respect for employees. Since my departure from the No Limit Soldiers, I vowed that there's really no point in developing loyalty to a company unless it is your own.

Further, for Leadership to be worried about what we are talking about - what happened to freedom of speech? - and not focusing on their clients, perks, and subsidized lunches is beyond me. If we are not speaking the truth, there is no point in even paying us any mind. And dizgruntled, Robb and Gabe are not the authority on the law, nor are they God. They can control no one but themselves. If they spouted some nonsense about defamation of character, please be aware that one of the defenses to defamation is the truth. If we avoid the impression of malice and state the facts, and then state our opinions separately, we are fine and well within our rights. Also, in some systems, however, truth alone is not a defense. It is also necessary in these cases to show that there is a well founded public interest in the specific information being widely known.

OK, enough about the legal arguments. I want to echo dizgruntled, nolimits, exprizer, and many others in that ePrize does not really respect the majority of their employees. There are some ePrize favorites who can get away with sexually harassing female employees, cheating on their wives, having "client meetings" out of the office, etc., but they're safe. They have managed to slide into home base or their mistresses bed. But then there are the rest of us who have devoted years or months of our lives to ePrize and for what? Either a pink slip or being backed into a corner where you feel that you need to quit or else, you may be getting that cute pink slip too.

I don't work for ePrize, so I can say whatever I want. And to the ignorant, poor naive youngster that is defending ePrize, I did bring up concerns to Leadership - extensively - and guess what I got? A pink slip and I found out after the fact that they had hired at least three people to replace me! Hmmm, maybe there was too much work for one person to handle! When I confronted Josh about his misguided criticsm, I was let go because, "It just wasn't working out anymore." How articulate!

Take care and God's speed. I'm sure I'll share more later.

ePrize represents a number of evils to me... yeah, I mean actually EVIL. I've pretty much moved on, but I'll *never* forget the wrong that was done to me, and the wretched bastards that wrapped themselves in righteousness, only to exploit.... karma karma!

This blog blows my mind! My main problem with working at ePrize was you do your best to try and get shit done, and they don't even give you the tools you need to do the job even after you ask for them. So glad I am out of that place.
