Chugga Chugga CHOO CHOO

It just keeps going...Blah hahahahahah!

So, things have changed a little since last Sunday. Big deal, the original comments are no longer posted here. But it seems like we have ourselves a little huffin and puffin train of a blog here folks.

All aboard! Here we go.

I didn't like the 'perks' at the company because they didn't make up for the lack of well...Living... I wanted to do outside of the company walls.

I did like the people I worked with (for the most part) and would like to see those still there work in an improved environment.

I didn't like the feeling like an outsider.
I didn't like having too much work to do for any one person in the allotted time.
I didn't like knowing that the changes happening weren't going to help either of the above.

I did like the 'idea' of "if you don't like it.. Change it".
Sometimes that worked for me.
But more often it didn't.

I didn't like knowing leadership was upstairs mixing Kool-aid and having the rose color glasses custom fit, while the grunt workers were pulling their hair out trying to impress for the next staff call. Our group meeting.

I did like learning about new things, and hearing about the changes to come.

I didn't like that the new things were sometimes implemented when they weren't 'new' anymore or not implemented at all and the most important changes never came.

I did like my time at the company.

I didn't like leaving becuase I wanted to fix it for those I left behind.
I'm happy I left the company.
Would I do it again...NO.
